Best way to preapre our Large-Sized Kimchi & Pork Dumplings

We feel the best and most traditional way to eat our dumplings is to steam them.  You can either use an electric steamer or use steamer basket over boiling water.  Simply steam our dumplings for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

If you like the crispy texture of the dough, pan frying the dumplings is another good way to eat them.   Because Kimchi & Pork Dumplings are big, you need to thaw out the dumplings prior to frying them.  You can thaw them out via either putting them into your refrigerator overnight or microwaving them on high for 1 minute.  Add a couple tablespoon of oil and pan fry them for about 3 to 5 minutes.  To get the crispy textures on all sides, you should fry each side 2 to 3 minutes.
